How far are the accommodations from Disney, Universal Studios®, and Sea World?
All of our homes and condos are less than 15 minutes from these major attractions.

Do the homes have pools?
Yes - Each of our homes has a private back yard screened-in pool. Condos and Townhouses are in communities, which provide a community pool.

What time is check in and check out time?
Check in is at 4:00pm, and check out is at 10:00am.

What do I need to bring with me?
Our homes, townhouses and condos are fully equipped including full kitchens with cookware, dishware and utensils; fresh towels and linens, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer, dryer, cable TV and VCR and/or DVD. Arrival soaps and some paper products are provided. Cleaning supplies and additional soaps or paper products are not provided.

What is the tax?
State and local taxes are 13% on all charges, including extras such as housekeeping and pool heat.

Do you allow pets?
Select homes will accept pets. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The following cancellation charges will apply:
